Agent Bowers is responsible for guarding and sedating the targets being moved from the Pittsburgh train station to Washington, DC. He attempts to speak via walkie-talkie with Agent Carmillo, but cannot get a response, and tells another agent named Statler, via the walkie-talkie, that "we've been compromised, get us outta here".
