Using his ability to absorb the abilities of other evolved humans, as well as his ruthless and cold-blooded personality, Arthur Petrelli has been responsible for the deaths or injuries of the following victims.

Kills

Au Co — During his time as "Dallas", Arthur shoots Au Co and holds "Austin" back from healing her. (War Buddies, Part 5)
Au Co villagers — "Dallas" opens fire on the village, causing large explosions and killing several villagers.
Deer — In Arthur's flashbacks of his time spent with his sons, he remembers shooting a deer. (Truths)
Adam Monroe — Arthur absorbs Adam's power to regenerate, causing the 400-year-old Adam to rapidly age and die, having been reduced to dust. (Dying of the Light)
Maury Parkman — Arthur telekinetically breaks Maury's neck. (Eris Quod Sum)
Usutu — Arthur rips Usutu's head from his body. (Villains)

"Austin" — During the Vietnam War, "Dallas" punches "Austin" multiple times. (War Buddies, Part 5)
Claire Bennet — Arthur telekinetically pushes her, then teleports her to a different time against her will. (Our Father)
The Haitian — As Arthur begins to overpower the Haitian's control, he causes the Haitian extreme mental pain and gives him a nosebleed. (Our Father)
Ando Masahashi — When Ando tries to save Hiro from Arthur's grasp, Arthur telekinetically throws him away in midleap. (It's Coming)
Hiro Nakamura — Arthur grabs Hiro's head and causes him to scream in pain (Villains), damaging a great deal of his memories (It's Coming). Later, he takes the catalyst from him and leaves him hanging on the edge of the Deveaux building by a pole. (Our Father).
Angela Petrelli — Arthur played with her mind (Villains), then locked her in her own dream (It's Coming).
Heidi Petrelli — The accident that Arthur ordered to kill her husband left her paralyzed.
Nathan Petrelli — Arthur ordered Nathan's accident to prevent him from inquiring into Linderman's affairs. (Villains)
Peter Petrelli — While hugging him, Arthur absorbs Peter's powers, causing Peter to scream in pain and sending him into shock. (Dying of the Light) Later as Peter shoots him, Arthur regains his powers and slashes Peter's face, but misses the bullet which would have killed him had Sylar not stopped it. (Our Father)
Viet Cong informant — During his time as "Dallas", Arthur exploits Austin's ability to heal and breaks the informant's jaw multiple times. (War Buddies, Part 3)
