Bob Yuleberg is a former agent of Building 26 who is killed by Tracy Strauss.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Ice Queen, Part 2
Tracy kills Bob by drowning him in his own shower. She recalls that back when she was kept in Building 26, Bob hated what he was doing. However, Tracy didn't feel that this was a good enough excuse.
