A DC lieutenant tries to talk Matt Parkman into not detonating his explosive.
Character History
Shades of Gray
The lieutenant and his squad arrive at Capitol Hill, where Matt Parkman is strapped with bombs. He uses a megaphone to order Matt to stand down. Nathan soon arrives on scene, and tells the lieutenant that he can get through to Matt. The lieutenant allows Nathan five minutes to talk to Matt. Later, the lieutenant warns Nathan via his megaphone that time is running out.
