I Am Sylar
When Sylar doesn't listen to Danko, Danko downs him by throwing the knife into the back of Sylar's head, expecting that Sylar will never heal until the knife is pulled out. However, Sylar stands up and pulls the knife out of the head, saying, "that hurt."
An Invisible Thread
Sylar explains that the reason the knife didn't kill him is because he moved "the sweet spot" in the back of his head.
