- 6/10 NEW! — A CBR interview with Brea Grant sheds more light on the interaction between Daphne and Hiro. In the interview, Brea claims that "they basically negate each other's powers. Daphne can move even when Hiro freezes time, but she can't move at super speed."

- 5/9 — According to a recent AP article, the name of Brea Grant's character is "Daphne".
- 5/4 — Brea Grant joins heroes as Joy, a character with enhanced speed.

- 4/29 — According to an E! Online interview with Kristin Veitch, Joy will be a villain in Volume 3. Hiro meets her in a museum, asks her if she has powers, and if she is trying to steal some art. She convinces him she's on the up-and-up...and then makes off with a bunch of paintings. She is described as a nymph-like character with the speed of a cheetah.
