Eric Roberts is an American actor who plays Mr. Thompson.
About
Eric has over one hundred and fifty film and television credits. Highlights include The Cable Guy, Doctor Who, The Pope of Greenwich Village, Oz, Law & Order: SVU, Cecil B. Demented, and Less Than Perfect. He also appeared in the television adaptation of Michael Turner's Witchblade, and provided the voice of Mongul in the Justice League animated series. Eric recently played the role of "Sal Maroni" in the Batman movie The Dark Knight.
He has appeared in Dark Angel with Ashley Crow, in The Specialist, National Security, and BitterSweet with Carl Ciarfalio, in Final Analysis with Erick Avari, in The Odyssey with Katie Carr, in The Lost Capone with Adrian Pasdar, in The Ambulance with Stan Lee, in Wildflowers with Clea DuVall, in C-16:FBI with Cristine Rose and Shishir Kurup, in Spawn with Alex Fernandez, in In Cold Blood with Brad Greenquist, in The Alternate with Richard Steinmetz, in Phat Girlz with Jimmy Jean-Louis, in The Civilization of Maxwell Bright with Missi Pyle, in The Last Shot with Ian Gomez and John Prosky, and Most Wanted with Michael Milhoan. He appeared as the villain, The Master, in the 1996 Doctor Who television movie. Christopher Eccleston would later take the lead role in the 2005 relaunch of the Doctor Who series.
