Character History
Graphic Novel:Wireless, Part 1
In 1997, Hana Gitelman goes to an IDF office in Beer Sheva, Israel, where she meets an IDF enlisting officer. Hana applies to become a paratrooper, but is told that she must join the Army Intelligence division because the army has "concerns about (her) heart". Enraged, she attacks the IDF enlisting officer, knocking him to the floor. The officer then tells her that her heart yearns for vengeance (for the deaths of her mother and grandmother), and because of that, she can never be trusted to hold anything but a desk job.
