Image talk:Painting realized clock.JPG
From Heroes Wiki
Short of making it an animated gif (which won't work when thumbed anyway), I'm not sure how we can make it clear that the clock is turning back one second. A still of a moving clock is pretty much the same as a still of an unmoving clock.—Hardvice (talk) 12:21, 30 December 2006 (EST)
- An arrow or motion blur would work. Personally, I prefer it how it is. —Joshtek 15:08, 30 December 2006 (EST)
- The problem with the picture is not that it's motionless or unanimated. The problem is that it doesn't match Image:01x02 9thWonders 14 03.jpg exactly. It's a small thing (so maybe I shouldn't be so worried about it), but the second hand on the live pic is at about 5 seconds. The second hand on the drawing is around 20 seconds. Okay, and as I'm writing this, I'm realizing just how unbelievably anal retentive I sound, so I'm removing the reupload tag, conceding that it looks awesome on the prophecy page, and relaxing my sphincter a bit. - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 16:03, 30 December 2006 (EST)
- Ah. There's the problem: when the hand actually rolls back, the shot is super-duper zoomed in, so it would match even less.—Hardvice (talk) 21:09, 30 December 2006 (EST)
- Great. Leave it. Looks nice on the prophecy page. - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:33, 30 December 2006 (EST)
