James Dever owns a company called 1 Force, Inc., which provides military technical and consulting advice to TV shows and movies. Besides working on Heroes in its third season, he has worked on a multitude of projects, including The Invisible Man, We Were Soldiers, Windtalkers, The Last Samurai, Sleeper Cell. Aliens vs. Predators: Requiem, Cloverfield, Valkyrie, and Terminator Salvation.

Notes

James retired after 25 years in the Marine Corps, with the rank of Sergeant-Major.
