By entering his sister Shanti's name as a password, Mohinder Suresh is able to unlock a list of evolved humans. Jess Murphy's name is included on that list.

According to Jesse Murphy's Assignment Tracker 2.0 profile, Jess (Jesse's father) maintained little contact with the family in Las Vegas beyond short stays to avoid law enforcement or transition to his next temporary home.
