Levi Dertner (sometimes credited as Levi Kaminkowitz) is a production assistant for some of the webisodes.
About
Levi graduated from The Los Angeles Film School in April 2008, focusing on directing, screenwriting, and cinematography. He worked freelance in the film industry since 2007, working on various projects in a number of different roles, including production assistant, grip, electrician, gaffer, swing art department, and camera operator. Through his work with Retrofit Films, Levi has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. In fact, he started with Retrofit as a production assistant on a DVD commentary for Heroes. As he progressed with the production company, he found himself doing grip work on the commentaries and other projects. Levi worked as a gaffer on one Heroes commentary and was a grip on many other DVD commentaries. Levi is currently pursuing a career in directing and cinematography. His short film The Deadbeat has won two awards and was the official selection at twelve film festivals.
In addition to working in film, Levi is a professional artist and has been selling his paintings and doing solo exhibitions for many years.
