Martez has appeared in V.I.P., Dharma & Greg, and Malcolm & Eddie. He has worked regularly as Shaquille O'Neal's stunt double, including in the film adaptation of DC Comics's Steel, which also starred Richard Roundtree. Martez also appeared on an episode of Moment of Truth as a contestant's friend.
