Thompson hires Noah Bennet into the Company and explains that Primatech Paper is to be used as a cover story. Thompson explains that Bennet will be working with an evolved human as a partner, and that the partner is already in the seemingly empty room. Claude appears and introduces himself.

• Thompson's office may be located in Primatech Paper Co. The walls are made of similar unfinished poured concrete texture seen in the secret areas of Primatech Paper. In fact, Thompson keeps an office at Primatech (Golden Handshake, Part 4), but it is unconfirmed if the Primatech office is the same as the office in which Thompson interviews Bennet.
