Hiro and Ando's first customer for their Dial a Hero service is the owner of Muffin Man.
Character History

Hiro and Ando receive a call from the first customer for their "Dial a Hero" service. The little girl asks for them to help her retrieve her cat, Muffin Man, from a high platform. Ando climbs up to the platform and retrieves the cat, but the owner warns that the cat doesn't like strangers. All of a sudden, the cat swipes at Ando's face and he falls off the platform, but lands back on his feet thanks to Hiro stopping time. Ando hands the cat back to the owner, and she says that she will tell all her friends that Dial a Hero is the best.

- According to the casting call, the girl is between the ages of six and ten. The call describes her as a "sweet little Japanese girl who tries to save her kitten."
