As well as doing stunts on Heroes, Hopkins has also been credited as a stunt double on productions such as Without a Trace, Boston Legal, Transformers, Spider-Man 3, American Heiress, Wicked Wicked Games, Zoey 101, and Smokin' Aces. She has also had minor acting roles in Plan B, In Case of Emergency, Zoey 101, Father's Day, and Treasure n tha Hood, among others.
