Kay Foster is a co-executive producer and a writer for the show Heroes. Foster joined the crew immediately after the pilot episode as a supervising producer. She was promoted to co-executive producer for the second season and reprised this role for the third season. In addition to writing Heroes episodes, she (along with writing partner Adam Armus) also wrote the Destiny webisodes.

Kay Foster has written for numerous television shows. She wrote thirteen episodes for Xena: Warrior Princess, and has written episodes for Kevin Hill and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
