As Peter Petrelli regenerates after falling with Sylar from the top of the high school's stone bleachers, sheriff's deputies arrive on the scene. One of the deputies point his gun and a flashlight at Peter and orders him to put his hands on his head. The deputy cuffs and arrests Peter, despite Peter's protestations of his innocence.
