The Butterfly Effect
While Nathan is playing chess with Mr. Linderman, the nurse enters the room and tells Nathan that he needs to rest. She looks on, confused, at Nathan sitting at a chess board with an empty chair across from him. When Linderman says that only Nathan can see him, Nathan looks up and smiles at the nurse as she wears an expression of confusion on her face.
