The Agent
In chapter 7 of The Agent, Rachel Mills encounters this SWAT team agent with another in an alley outside the target building in New York City. Rachel notices them wearing black armor and that they each carry a black weapon. This agent recognizes Rachel, and places his glove on Rachel's shoulder when telling her he just heard about Jason and is sorry. He later adds that Rachel looks rough before Rachel leaves them to talk with the site commander.
