Maya and Alejandro are riding in the back of a truck. Alejandro tells the driver that they are heading to Brooklyn, but the driver tells him that the farthest he can take them is San Cristóbal.
Four Months Later...
Maya and Alejandro run from border patrol agents through the streets of San Cristóbal. They escape when they break into a small house.

- There are eight different cities named San Cristóbal in Honduras—two in the department of Copan, and one each in the departments of Atlantida, Francisco Morazan, Intibuca, Lempira, Olancho, and El Paraiso.
