After injecting himself with the cure for the Shanti virus, Sylar tests his abilities by telekinetically grabbing a can of spinach.
Notes
- In a Heroes Unmasked episode, director Allan Arkush said that the spinach can was a reference to Popeye, who always became almost superhumanly strong after eating spinach.
