- I prefer the current name as it's more descriptive, but I wouldn't mind a redirect for "Gina (II)". Admin was the user who originated the current name, not that that matters; but perhaps he'd like to comment?—MiamiVolts (talk) 00:25, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
- The "(II)" suffix is currently being used exclusively for cases where connected unnamed similar characters with the same purpose is appearing in the same story arc (normally the same episode). Cf. Linderman's guard (II), Pinky's security guard (II), CDC crew member (II), Chanting monk (II), Cheerleading hopeful (II), Gang member (II), Safeline guard (II) and Whitebeard's guard (II). Since there isn't - as far as we know - any connection between Gina and Gina (Echo's girlfriend), I'd say not renaming any of the two Gina (II). I do however think that Gina should be a a disambiguation page, linking to Gina (Echo's girlfriend) and Gina (Niki's alter ego). Pierre 07:26, 25 July 2008 (EDT)
- That would be a bunch of links to fix, though I think it could be a good idea. I would like some more input before we do so, though. Previously, if an episode character and a graphic novel character shared the same name, we didn't make the name go to a disambig, though we did make a name (disambig) article as we have already done in this case, and we also put a pointer to the other article in the "See also" section of each. The webisodes characters are new, though, so the consensus may or may not be to make the change you are suggesting.—MiamiVolts (talk) 07:55, 25 July 2008 (EDT)
