Rename

Jason E. Kelley appeared in Exposed in Isaac's Manhattan apartment. He later appeared in Cold Snap as an agent in Los Angeles. Both times he was simply credited as an agent. I don't think he should be called "Manhattan agent" anymore. We're probably going to have to go with something more generic, like "Homeland Security agent" and a parenthetical number.
