Unless "lieutenant" is used as part of a person's name/title (as in Lieutenant Smith or Lieutenant James L. Connor), the word should be lowercase. If he is a lieutenant in the Special Forces, the title of the article should be "Special Forces lieutenant"....Unless I'm missing something. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:30, 26 January 2009 (EST)
