The Watcher
Teddy was standing in front of the ball toss game. He has light facial hair and a really great ability that allows him to hide things, possibly himself. - Yeah... I'm really getting the feeling he's the one. Considering he can presumably hide any trace (visual/aural) of the Carnival's presence, he can likely do the same for himself (perhaps through the "stopping the nerve signal" described by the Watcher. —V2Blast 08:05, 17 November 2009 (EST)
