    • Special:Statistics shows the number of pages that exist. Special:Newpages shows what is the most recent page.—MiamiVolts (talk) 13:52, 24 November 2008 (EST)
    • A few days ago, it was 3,498 articles. Before I went to bed, I memorized what the 3,498th article was, and when I checked the Wiki for the first time the next day, it was past 3,500... so I went back in the recent changes (I didn't even know Special:Newpages existed) and counted forward two new articles.
