Carlos had precognition. None + Matt and Maury had the same ability, it could be that Carlos and Isaac also did.
- Bob and Elle don't have the same ability, Angela and Nathan don't have the same ability, D.L. and Micah don't have the same ability...
+ Nathan's ability is synthetic, which could interfere with the natural inheritance of an ability.
+ Micah is the son of a synthetically powered evolved human, that could have altered the ability Micah would have had if D.L. fathered him with another woman.

• It's also a common name for a Hispanic male.
Carlos had super speed. Lauren Gilmore bagged and tagged a speedster named "Carlos" in Miami sometime before 2006. (Let It Bleed) + All founders were evolved humans. (Out of Time).

- Gilmore wouldn't need to bag and tag a Company founder.
+ Founders like Victoria Pratt and Arthur Petrelli left the Company. Maybe Carlos did too.

- It wouldn't be a reason to bag and tag him.
Carlos was the 6th founder of the Company. Kaito become the 5th founder in 1963. + Arthur didn't marry Angela until 1965.
