A Tokyo cop arrests Hiro in Tokyo.
Character History
Upon This Rock
When teleporting to Tokyo, Hiro sees a robber trying to steal a woman's purse. He gets a knife from a vendor and successfully gets the purse back. After the incident Hiro is arrested by the police officer.
Later, the police officer takes Hiro to the Yamagato building, where he hands Hiro over to Ando.
