Meredith and Noah inspect Twinkle's charred remains and Carol Strazzulla tells them that she didn't even know Amanda hated Twinkles. Later, Amanda tells Meredith and Noah that she was angry with Twinkles because he wouldn't leave Iggy alone. She became so angry with him that she accidentally blew him up.
