Limits

Santiago has shown that he is able to use his ability to travel at great speeds as well as predict the outcomes of events. He successfully used his ability to rescue Elisa from the government as well as to disarm many agents at once. (After The Fall)

While using his ability, Santiago sees things in slow motion. His eyes shine gold when his ability is in affect.
