David Goldberg is an evolved human who was captured by Tyson Russel and Olivia Stabler.
Character History
Targets
David is sitting alone at a park looking out at the trees. He sees Tyson Russel and Olivia Stabler approaching him, each holding a taser. David gets up and raises his hand at them but before he can do anything else Tyson shoots his taser at him, knocking David out. Later, Emile Danko comments on the Tyson and Olivia's efforts in bringing in a "dehydrator"
Evolved Human Abilities
David has been noted to possess the ability of Dehydration. However, he was captured by the government before he was able to demonstrate it.
