Probability prediction is the ability to determine, in advance, what the odds are of a particular event happening.

Limits

Those with probability prediction cannot change the odds of something happening with their ability, but they can through their own actions. For instance, they may know a particular stock is likely to crash, but they can't do anything about it with their ability, however they can try to promote the company, or give it a heavy investment to stimulate it and prevent it from crashing.
