Machine Mimicry is the ability to have one's skeleton completely made up of machinery in result causing you to be indestructible.

Characters

• Del Spooner possesses this ability.
• Peter Petrelli absorbed it from Spooner.
• Peter Garret also absorbed it from Spooner.

Limits

Though the bones, muscle and organs are nearly indestructible, this does not mean they cannot die, though extremely hard to kill. If damaged enough, the user will die. For example, ff shot, the bullets will ricochet off the body due to the everything iside, but it would need more bullets to kill him/her, than an ordinary person. It is unknown how many bullets it would take to kill one person, but a gun may lose all of its ammo trying.

This ability does seem to have some regenerative properties. It takes longer to heal than the original ability, but it will heal in about a day. This ability has another byproduct as well. One can use an abnormal amount of strength to push a person back quite a few feet, even push a car to it side. Because of its strength property, the user could run a bit faster and make large leaps than an ordinary human.

Also he is able to see the world as a computer, able to identify who is a friend and who is an enemy, and have an enhanced memory.

Del Spooner

Spooner possesses this ability. He has shown to possess great strength with it. Because of his bones and his natural muscle, he could easily overpower a person like Mohinder, or even a person like Knox, no matter how many people he absorbs fear from.

Peter Petrelli

Peter has shown to have his face torn in multiple places. Because of the wounds his eyes were shown to be completely machine. This means this is how his body is.

Peter Garret

This was the first power Peter obtained. He absorbed this ability from an unknown male during a suicide bombing in Israel. He finds this power incredibly helpful and relies on it a lot.
