Ability to:	create portals to move from one place to another

Portal Generation is the ability to create portals that can teleport people and objects from one place to another.

Characters

Ladzaro Venturini is known to have this ability.

Limits

Ladzaro Venturini has created portals in the form of black spirals being created out of his hands. These portals were capable of transporting a number of people to a random location. (Shark of the Streets) It seems that Ladzaro's portals can only transport people to random locations, although he may be able to choose the endpoint of the portal with concentration.

With practice, Ladzaro was able to send Consuela Hammock into the past - 79 AD, Pompeii. The time traveling portal was colored red.
