Rapid cell regeneration (also referred to as rapid cellular regeneration, spontaneous regeneration, tissue regeneration, epithelial cell regeneration, or simply regeneration or healing) is the ability to regenerate cells at an increased rate, resulting in physical injuries healing in a matter of seconds or minutes.

- Gabriel Bishop absorbed this ability from Claire Bennet, but lost it after it was drained away by Irony (Ambush from an Outside Source).
Limits
Gabriel Bishop
Gabriel has only demonstrated this ability once. Similar to Sylar, Gabriel experiences pain but is able to overcome it, as is shown when he is shot in the chest six times, but still manages to keep balance and remain on his feet. (Nemesis)
Sarah Cowell
Sarah has been able to regenerate a bullet wound by coughing up the bullet and healing. (Shattered Lives)
