Limits
Jack the Ripper
The individual calling himself "Jack the Ripper" has demonstrated this ability multiple times. When he did this he was shown to be able to turn himself into shadow, and reform from it, as well as be able to transmute other people (Jenny, Derek, Gabriel Bishop and Claude) into shadows (Murder at Whitechapel). He also used this ability to confuse Frederick Davies (Ambush from an Outside Source).
