Lloyd Parker is a member of the Company who is partnered with John Doe.
Character History
Derek Simmonds, Part 2
Lloyd Parker and his partner find Derek Simmonds, and John absorbs a tear from his face and tells Derek they know of his ability. He and John are electrocuted by Derek, who escapes. However, the next day, they show up at Derek's house and capture him with the use of rubber gloves.
Derek Simmonds, Part 3
Despite John having let Derek escape, Lloyd is intent on recapturing him. Lloyd chases Derek around town, and as Derek sprints into an alley, John steps in front of him, blocking his way. Lloyd is glad to see John, but he and John are zapped from behind by Derek's father using a red blast of energy.
