Victoria can manipulate the genetic makeup of living things. She has been shown to manipulate viruses and plants, and might possibly be able to manipulate bacteria, fungi, animals, and humans as well, though she has not demonstrated this capability. She appears to be able to manipulate the genetic material with her hands at close range.
