Ability implanting is the ability to give other people abilities.

Mr. Dood

Mr. Dood is able to give any ability to any person. He requires direct physical contact, though he has implied he can use his ability through clothing.

It is unknown whether or not he could give an ability to himself, or to someone who already has an ability.

To date, no implanted ability has had any side effects.
