Super stamina is the ability to have superhuman stamina.

Limits

This ability enables heightened endurance, thereby enabling the user to survive what normal humans can't, such as a five-story fall, intense cold or heat, and lots of bullets. This ability also reduces fatigue by heightening maximum energy levels.

Sylar

Sylar has survived a plethora of normally lethal things, such as a five-story fall ("Homecoming"), multiple cases of multiple bullets to the chest, super powerful punches ("How to Stop an Exploding Man"), two stabs to the chest ("How to Stop and Exploding Man", "The Second Coming"), and being buried "alive" ("Acceptance").
