Inner Fear is the ability to see into people's inner worst fear and manifets it.
Limits
This ability has manifested after the sudden loss of all the user's former powers and the ability to reactivate them, as ability deactivation was removed as well.
This ability gives the user the power to know what is an individuals deepest fear and insecurity and manifests that fear before the individual. For example if an arachnophob was nearby, the power would make the individual see spiders biting them. Horrorman has limited control over this power, the only level of control demonstrated is being able to push the limits of the power, albeit under a stressful situation, at no other time has this occured.
