Mass devotion is the ability to use mind control to make people devoted to your every whim.

Limits

The ability allows the user to force people to commit their every thought and action to the user similar to a person fanatically devoted to a god.

When Horrorman first acquired the ability, it was latent with everyone around him flocking and begging to serve him. After gaining some perspective with the ability, Horrorman decided to make the ability inactive due to the ultimate desire by the user to completely abuse the ability, taking away people's free will.
