Neurcognitive Deficit is the ability to mentally shut down the upper brain functions of others, including sensory perception, motor commands, language skills, and conscious thought.

• Anna Korolenko is the only character to demonstrate this ability.

Limits

Anna is able to shut down the brains of those around her almost instantly. While doing so, her targets can pass out or even go into seizures. Anna has shown that she has some degree of control over this ability, as she was able to target everyone apart from Ricardo Silva. (Infiltration)
