Primal Rage is the ability to bring about an uncontrollable rage in other people via a flash of red light emitted from the eyes.

• Ricardo Silva is the only character to demonstrate this ability.

Limits

Ricardo's ability works by bringing about instinctive, primal feelings of fear and survival, which cause an uncontrollable rage to form. This rage makes people lose all conscious thought and attack anyone and everyone that they see as a threat. Ricardo unleashes this power via a flash of red light from his eyes and can reportedly affect large groups of people at once, turning a small crowd into a deadly mob. (Infiltration)
