| Bob Bishop | Alchemy | Bob turns a spoon into gold to show Mohinder that the company has unlimited funds. |
| Matt Parkman | Telepathy | Matt hears Molly's thoughts while she is dreaming. |
| Claire Bennet | Rapid cell regeneration | Claire does a somersault off a tower, she breaks her leg when she lands and heals instantly. |
| Maya Herrera | Poison emission | Unseen, Maya's ability activates when she is sacred and separated from her brother, she kills everyone in the truck she was in. |
| West Rosen | Flight | West hovers outside of Claire's window. |
| Unknown assailant | Unknown at this point | The assailant pushes Kaito off the roof of a building going with him, the assailant disappears and leaves Kaito's dead body on the pavement. |

| Hiro Nakamura | Space-time manipulation | Hiro stops time and takes samurai's swords and bows away from them so they cant hurt him or Yaeko. |
| Peter Petrelli | Phasing | Peter Phases from the ropes on his hands. |
| Peter Petrelli | Electric manipulation, Telekinesis, Enhanced strength | Caitlin is attacked in the bar, Peter goes to help. He electrocutes one attacker,then telekinetically grabs the others gun he then punches him across the room. |
| Hiro Nakamura | Space-time manipulation | Hiro stops time and teleports away from Yaeko. |
| Maya Herrera | Poison emission | Maya's ability starts working when she is separated from her brother and she panics. |
| Alejandro Herrera | Alejandro's ability | Alejandro sings to Maya and absorbs her ability. He was also immune when her ability manifested. |

| Adam Monroe | Rapid cell regeneration | Adam is shot with arrows by the men Hiro disarmed earlier. When Hiro pulls out an arrow Adam's wound heals instantly. |

| West Rosen | Flight | West hovers outside Claire's window and see's her cut off her toe. |

| West Rosen | Flight | West flies Claire into the sky to show he is different too. |
| Peter Petrelli | Telekinesis | Peter moves a truck in front of the van so the police can't shoot them. |
| Maya Herrera | Poison emission | Maya becomes stressed when her brother is arrested, the police arrest her when they see she is a murderer causing her to use her ability. |
| Alejandro Herrera | Alejandro's ability | Alejandro calms his sister down and absorbs her ability, reversing its effects on everyone around them. |
| Peter Petrelli | Rapid cell regeneration, Telekinesis | Peter heals after being shot by Will. He then telekinetically chokes will and throws him against a wall. |
| Candice Willmer | Illusion | Candice transforms into several different people showing Sylar exactly what she can do. |
| Isaac Mendez | Precognition | Unseen, Isaac paints a series of eight painting, Mohinder finds one and sends a photo of it to Noah. |
