By injecting herself with the Anti-special formula, Jenny acquired an ability which allows him to replicate the abilities of other evolved humans by physically touching them. She first demonstrated the ability when he bumped into her teacher Mr Jones (Who's that man?).
His ability has been shown to work through clothing (as with Mr Jones).
Peter has been shown to manifest abilities by accident.
