Water generation is the ability to create liquid water externally from a person's body.

Characters
- Barbara Zimmerman is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Barbara is capable of quickly generating water in her hands when she cups her hands together. It is not known whether or not the water comes from her own body or whether it is extracted from the air.
Examples
- Barbara cups her hands together and the air inside her hands turns to water, which leaks through her fingers onto the ground. (Chapter 9 of The Agent)
- Barbara stuns Janey by suddenly flooding the hallway with water. (Chapter 11 of The Agent)
