Wind Manipulation is the ability to manipulate the wind.
Characters
- Dimitri McAllister is the only character to demonstrate this ability.
Limits
Dimitri is able to control the winds. He can create small bursts of winds, or large winds up to at least 30 mph. He can create tornados of immense sizes if he has enough concentration or anger.
Dimitri can also create wind currents around himself and manipulate them in such a way that Dimitri mimics flying.
