Induced Vertigo is the ability to make people so dizzy they collapse. This ability can also negate the abilities of evolved humans.

Limits

Induced Vertigo can apparently have varying degrees of strength. It can go from merely startling a person, or driving them to the point of collapse.

Barbara

Barbara first demonstrated her ability while trying to seduce Nathan, pretending to be his wife. Upon seeing through her disguise, he seems startled, and yells that he asked her not to do that.

Barbara was then asked by Arthur to capture a previously fired worker. Upon facing off with Peter, she activated her ability and told Peter that he was not going to be able to get up, and trying to activate one of his abilities would probably leave him brain dead.
